It's not too late to attend our wellness classes with the City of Melbourne, Fl. Our 2010 Wellness classes are each Tuesday evening from 7-8:30. There will one each week through April. Topics come from the above list. You may register for any individual class, but you save $ by registering for any 4-classes. Individual classes start at only $15 or $50 for any four! You will not get this wealth of preventative health information from any other local source! It could be exactly what you need to motivate you to a healthier you.
